About Orchestry

At Orchestry, we help organizations simplify, govern, and automate their Microsoft 365 environment. Our platform delivers the most complete governance, lifecycle, and workspace automation experience for Microsoft 365, empowering IT and business users to work confidently, securely, and efficiently.

We're a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, with a globally distributed team passionate about enabling smarter collaboration at scale. We are proud members of the exclusive Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program.

As AI reshapes how organizations work, governance and readiness aren't optional, they're mission critical. Orchestry sits at the center of that shift, giving IT teams the control and confidence to govern their Microsoft 365 environment as AI adoption accelerates. If you want to be in the space that matters right now, this is it.

About the role

Our partners are a big part of how Orchestry reaches new customers across EMEA, and we're looking for a Partner Sales Engineer to be the technical engine behind that growth. You'll be the trusted technical and consultative expert for our partners and their customers, bridging the gap between what Orchestry does and what organizations need from Microsoft 365.

This role blends deep Microsoft 365 expertise, hands-on enablement, and the ability to make complex technical concepts land as clear business value. You'll help partners sell, implement, and champion Orchestry with confidence, and your insight from the field will shape our product and go-to-market strategy.

What you'll do

  • Product demonstrations: Deliver compelling, tailored demos to partners and customers that show exactly how Orchestry solves their collaboration and governance challenges.
  • Technical expertise: Lead in-depth technical conversations that address partner and customer needs and position Orchestry as the solution of choice in the Microsoft 365 space.
  • Partner enablement: Onboard, train, and enable partners so they can confidently resell and implement Orchestry.
  • Onboarding: Guide partners and customers through onboarding for a seamless implementation and adoption experience.
  • Consulting: Provide consultative support that helps partners and customers get the most out of Microsoft 365 and Orchestry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to share partner and customer feedback that shapes product enhancements and go-to-market strategy.
  • Thought leadership: Represent Orchestry as a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert through webinars, events, and marketing content.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales experience in the Microsoft productivity space (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • A proven track record working with partners, ISVs, or customers in a technical enablement or pre-sales role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, its architecture, and its ecosystem; familiarity with governance, adoption, and Copilot readiness challenges is a serious plus.
  • Confident running technical demos and solution-oriented conversations with both technical and business audiences.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter; you translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities across partners and deals.
  • Based in the UK and able to support partners and customers across EMEA time zones.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) is preferred, but equivalent experience counts just as much.

Why Orchestry?

  • Work that matters: Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company solving real problems for organizations navigating the complexity of Microsoft 365. (unchanged)
  • Real ownership: Be the go-to technical expert for our EMEA partners, and build the enablement, demos, and know-how that help them succeed from the ground up.
  • Flexibility with accountability: We’re a remote-first company, and we trust people to work in the way and environment that works best for them while staying connected, collaborating effectively, and remaining accountable for meaningful outcomes. (unchanged)
  • A smart, kind, no-ego team: People show up, work across departments, and care more about getting to the right answer than being the person who had it first. (unchanged)
  • Competitive base, performance-based variable pay, equity, and benefits.

Compensation: Base: GBP £60k–£75k | OTE: GBP £75k–£94k
