Location: Remote, Asia (timezones GMT+7/GMT+8 mainly)
Job type: Part-time, 1-3d/week
Start date: 16th Nov. 2026
Salary range:
Base Pay:
- probation period: up to 600 SGD/month (fulltime equivalent) for 3 months,
- up to 1,200 SGD/month thereafter.
Variable on Licenses:
- within first 150 days of Partner onboarding with a Product: 50% of DigiDis profit (1Y period), and 30% of DigiDis profit for the additional periods (Note: KPI is 90d activation)
- Afterwards: 30% of DigiDis profit (1Y), and 15% of DigiDis profit for the additional periods
Variable on Services:
- 1% of contracts revenue, following the payment milestones of the contracts
Company Presentation: DigiDis stands for Digital Distribution and has for mission statement to support the business digitization efforts for all Asia Pacific markets in catering and bringing digital solutions via a curated ecosystem of trusted Partners. Within DigiDis ecosystem, all Software Vendors and Partners share the same vision of providing to Customers offering aiming to reduce their TCO and organizational complexity.
Context: As part of the Operations ramp-up, this position is located within the Partner Success and Activation team (PSA), taking a pool of Partners (now Members) and assisting them into making their first few sales when they onboard a Product of DigiDis portfolio; as well as making those sales repeatable. DigiDis Members are being curated by the Ecosystem Curator who is also defining the GTM Activation Blueprint for the future PSA in charge. The allocation of the Partners to the PSA is being made depending on multiple criteria such as Portfolio, Industry, Territory and Language in order to find the best fit between the Partner and the PSA. The candidate is expected to have motivation to grow with a small team at first, have ambition to grow with DigiDis and make the company a renowned and respected name in APAC and Worldwide.
Expected Activities:
Partner GTM Activation Blueprint (GAB) Execution:
- Taking ownership of the GAB, planning it in details and following its execution with the Partner,
- Supporting the Partner for the first few prospect calls,
- Training Partner’s Sales team on the job,
- Generating (or participating in) the Sales Enablement materials, specifically to the Partner,
- Preparing (or participating in) demos for the Partner’s prospect calls (for the few selected calls),
- Recommending marketing campaigns/collaterals where needed to support the GAB.
Partner Sales support:
- Joining key prospect calls to support Partner’s Sales and Presales team in their sales,
- Ensuring the Partner’s orders are correct before logging them at DigiDis,
- Coordinating with the Partnership Manager on the prospect lists and the priorities.
- Note: depending on the candidate skills and his/her willingness, the list of activities and intensity can be augmented in time.
Prerequisites:
- At least 3 years working with Directors and C-levels as stakeholders/audience
- At least 2 years working in Asia Pacific (APAC) ICT markets
- Languages: apart from English (professional), additional one language at professional level
- Autonomy, capable to work with little supervision, take ownership of actions and plans,
- Strong Communication, approachable demeanour while professional,
- Attention to details
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Perfect ethics, transparency in issues reporting and management
Experience:
- At least 3 years working as Sales
- At least 1 year working in Consulting or Professional Services activities
- At least 1 year working in Marketing or GTM activities
- At least 2 years working in one of the following topic: A. IT & Cybersecurity; B. Retail, Supply-Chain, Construction, Manufacturing
Preferred:
- Experience working in Partnership Management and Activation
- Experience in negotiating, signing and working with Partners in multiple APAC markets
- Experience in delivery of Consulting / Professional Services projects in APAC
- Experience working in Software Asset Management (SAM) or with Intellectual Property (IP)
