Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) | Freelance | 100% Remote (EU-wide)

Since 2021, I have been, with my company Hugo Schenk UG (haftungsbeschränkt), building long-term partnerships with clients ranging from innovative start-ups and growing SMEs to established international businesses. These companies operate across a variety of sectors, including software and digital solutions, industrial technology, electronics manufacturing, e-mobility and retail.

I believe in working as an integrated recruiting partner, becoming part of each client's team to develop a deep understanding of its business, culture and hiring needs. This hands-on, collaborative approach enables tailored recruiting solutions that create lasting value for clients.

As the company continues to grow, I am looking for a freelance Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) who shares this philosophy and enjoys identifying exceptional talent while contributing to long-term recruiting partnerships with clients.

This role can be performed from anywhere within the European Union.

Tasks

• Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other sourcing channels.


• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent for a wide variety of positions across different industries.


• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


• Depending on the project, either present qualified candidates to the responsible Recruiter or contact suitable candidates directly.


• Work closely with Recruiters to continuously refine sourcing strategies, candidate profiles and search criteria.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Active Sourcing, Talent Sourcing, Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.


• Proven experience identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.


• Experience recruiting across different industries and professional functions is an advantage.


• A structured, proactive and results-oriented way of working.


• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Recruiters.


• Curiosity about new sourcing methods and the ability to leverage modern recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.


• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.


• German language skills are a strong advantage but not a requirement.


• Based within the European Union.
