Partners Performance Lead

Job Summary

The AVP partner performance is responsible for managing and improving the commercial and operational performance of partners/distributors. The role ensures partners/distributors consistently deliver against agreed sales targets, operational standards, financial obligations, service levels, and channel execution requirements.

The role focuses on performance monitoring, issue identification, partner engagement, corrective action, and performance improvement to support sustainable prepaid distribution performance.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain management, Partners Operations, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Distribution, Sales or supply chain management, Sales Performance, or Channel Marketing.
• Experience in telecom or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Experience working with data dashboards and cross-functional alignment.
• Exposure to retailer experience, engagement platforms, or partners operations is preferred.

• Proven leadership skills with track record or managing large, cross-functional teams and driving transformational change in distribution or supply chain operations.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions and regions.

• Focused on achieving tangible outcomes and meeting distribution and sales targets.

Technical skills

• SQL/basic data query ability preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
• Understanding of telco distribution journey mapping and CX (customer experience) fundamentals
