The Partnership & Alliance Manager is responsible for executing the organization’s partnership and alliance strategy,
driving value from key technology and business relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in alliance
management.
The Responsibilities & Duties
Partner Onboarding & Setup
• Oversee the operational onboarding of new partners, coordinating with IT, business units, and partner to set up systems, access, and processes.
• Establish & deploy KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards for new partnerships.
• Facilitate initial training, enablement, and integration activities for both internal and partner teams.
2. Organize & Prioritize Customer Deployment
• Plan and prioritize the deployment of partner solutions internally and to customers.
• Track deployment progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve future deployments.
3. Product & Service Management
• Work closely with Product Management team to ensure a smooth integration and lifecycle management of partner products and services within the organization.
• Ensure partner offerings align with enterprise architecture and business needs.
4. Co-marketing & Business Development
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Work closely with Product Marketing team to coordinate co-marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities with existing and potential partners.
5. Contractual Conditions Monitoring
• Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions for all partnerships.
• Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and renewal dates.
• Address any deviations in partnership agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met by both parties.
6. Financial & Contractual Conditions Monitoring
• Monitor the financial performance of all partnerships and alliances, ensuring value realization and ROI.
• Track and report on partnership-related costs, revenues, and financial KPIs.
Identify and address financial risks or discrepancies in partnership agreements
Educational Background
• MBA or master’s degree in technology management or equivalent preferred
• English proficiency level: B2 and above
2. Work Experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in partnership, alliance, or business relationship management.
• Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and multi-vendor ecosystems
3. Technical Skills
• Advanced MSOffice (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Experience developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business capability planning
4. Soft Skills
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence executive
stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
• Critical Thinking: Defines and explains different patterns and relationships by systematically looking at facts and
trends
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong consultative skills at a cross-functional level
• Experienced meeting facilitator, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Self-motivated and directed, more doers than thinkers
