PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE - HA NOI BASED

SUMMARY

The Partnership Executive supports the development and management of the company's strategic partnerships, working closely with partners and relevant internal departments to draft cooperation documents, coordinate project implementation, and ensure effective, on-schedule execution of partnership initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Proactively seek new partners for company projects.

· Draft and manage cooperation agreements, appendices, notices, and service quotations for partners, and coordinate the internal review and approval process.

· Coordinate with partners and relevant departments to implement and launch projects on the MFast app and other digital/social platforms.

· Monitor project implementation to ensure initiatives are executed on schedule and achieve the expected effectiveness.

· Act as the point of contact between partners and internal departments, organizing meetings to promptly address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.

· Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure effective, ongoing collaboration.

· Support the negotiation of partnership terms in line with the company's strategy and the sales team's capacity.

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a Consumer Finance company or a Fintech company operating in finance, banking, or e-wallet services.

· Experience in drafting cooperation agreements and contracts.

· Good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English is a plus.
