Beyond coordinating contracted benefits, this role develops a deep understanding of partner organizations, business priorities, growth strategies, and evolving market needs. Through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship management, the Partnership Manager helps identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen long-term partner engagement and retention.

This role operates as an extension of the Sales team focusing on relationship health and partner retention. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Identify and communicate potential retention risks, opportunities, and emerging partner needs to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for partners throughout the year, including through structured, recurring business reviews for key accounts, collaborating with Sales
  • Support long-term relationship growth by identifying opportunities for deeper partner engagement and enhanced value delivery
  • Document key relationship insights, conversations, and organizational updates to support continuity and strategic account management

Partner Benefits Fulfillment & Deliverable Execution

You will ensure all contracted partner benefits are delivered accurately, consistently, and at a high level of quality.

  • Deliver fulfillment of all partner benefits in conjunction with sponsor sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and results
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clear communication and execution of deliverables.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner commitments, deliverables, communications, and engagement history
  • Ensure fulfillment activities align with each partner's unique business objectives and goals whenever possible

Conference Preparation & Execution Support

You will serve as a key coordinator in the delivery of partner benefits for Home Care 100 conferences.

  • Ensure clear and timely communication and a positive conference experience.
  • Maintain a high-quality standard across all procedures and communications.
  • Manage partner inquiries (email and phone) with prompt and accurate support and follow-up.
  • Support partner relationship management before, during, and after conferences
  • Help identify meaningful connections and engagement opportunities that align with partner goals
  • Provide on-site support to ensure a seamless and high-touch partner experience
  • Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve conference value and experience
