Partnerships and Strategy Lead

Base Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 (+uncapped commissions) About the Role: Excipio is seeking a highly relational Partnerships and Strategy Lead to work directly with our CEO and Chief Engineer to drive revenue by leading outbound initiatives to build high-value partnerships with executive-level decision makers at top-tier financial/fintech companies. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a this industry in a similar role with a track record of closing large contracts. They have an existing pipeline of potential customers and will be able to immediately leverage existing relationships to drive growth . The person in this role will be responsible for identifying ideal targets, running intelligent outreach campaigns, managing executive relationships, and supporting strategic analysis across competitive positioning, pricing, and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage executive-level contacts (VPs, Directors, Heads of Product, Strategy, Data, etc.) at companies aligned with Excipio’s target customer profile. Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns leveraging AI research tools. Maintain and grow relationships with key partners after initial contact. Conduct competitive research and strategic analyses at the CEO’s direction. Support positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies based on market insights. Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools for research and campaign development. Demonstrated experience building relationships with high-level stakeholders (e.g., Directors, VPs, C-suite). Ability to analyze market landscapes, identify opportunities, and position products against competitors in data, underwriting, lead generation, or marketing tech. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple executive conversations simultaneously.
