Salary: £55K+ base, plus commission worth an additional £20K

(OTE £75K+)

At Prospa, performance marketing means one thing: profit. We don’t chase vanity metrics or hide behind dashboards.

We drive real, measurable growth for the brands we partner with.

That’s why our clients stay with us, and it’s why we approach ecommerce growth differently.

We partner with ambitious DTC brands across fashion, beauty, gifting, homeware and lifestyle, typically turning over between £2M and £20M. Our job is to take them well beyond that.

Our vision is to build the next generation of leading ecommerce brands, and we’re well on the way. Since launching, we’ve grown 100% year on year, and 2027 is set to be our biggest year yet.

None of this happens by accident. Our success comes down to one thing: our people. Prospa is now a 35-strong team of some of the best talent in ecom, people who care as much about our clients’ growth as their own. Every hire we make is about raising that bar again.

The Role

This is not an events coordinator role. It's a commercial role, and your tools are rooms, occasions and relationships.

Partnerships are one of the most powerful levers in any agency's growth, and over the last 12 months we've worked tirelessly to build ours. You won't be starting from scratch. You'll inherit strong foundations and a partner network that already drives a lot of our new business. Your job is to make it your own, bring your network into Prospa and take it further. And because this channel drives so much growth, the commission and progression on offer are genuinely exciting.

Our own events and dinners were a huge success in 2026. In 2027, we're levelling them up again: bigger, better occasions across Manchester and London, and, most excitingly, taking Prospa to New York as a core part of our growth plans.

You'll own how Prospa shows up in the rooms that matter. That means running our partnerships programme, hosting our events from intimate founder dinners to industry stages, and getting our founders in front of the right people. Everything you do is measured on one thing: the pipeline and revenue it creates.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll work hand in hand with our industry-leading marketing team, who'll support you with whatever you need to succeed, alongside our founders, CRO and Business Development Manager.

What you'll be doing

Partnerships

  • Build and run a structured partnerships programme across ecommerce tech platforms, complementary agencies, investors and other referral partners
  • Create two-way referral flows, and manage partners like accounts - regular check-ins, shared goals and clear reporting on what each partnership delivers
  • Drive co-marketing with partners: co-hosted dinners, joint webinars, shared content and lead magnets
  • Identify and open new partnerships that put Prospa in front of our ICP

Owned events

  • Own Prospa's events end to end across Manchester, London and New York - ecom dinners, founder roundtables, webinars and anything else we host
  • Build the guest list strategy: the right ICP founders and ecommerce leaders in every room, not just a full room
  • Manage formats, venues, partner co-hosts, budgets, run of show and the on-the-day experience
  • Agree a follow-up plan with the BDM before every event, so every room turns into pipeline

Industry events and stages

  • Build and own Prospa's annual events calendar, deciding which events we attend, sponsor or skip - with a clear business case for each
  • Secure speaking slots, panels and podcast appearances for our founders and team
  • Plan our presence at key industry events in the UK and US, including meetings booked before we arrive

Brand, content and the US

  • Make Prospa the agency founders keep seeing in the rooms that matter
  • Work with our videographer and marketing team to turn every event into content — clips, posts, podcast guests and case studies
  • Build Prospa's network in the US ecom scene, starting with New York, as a core part of our expansion

Reporting and process

  • Track every attendee and partner-sourced lead in HubSpot within 48 hours, with source and attribution tagged
  • Manage events and partnerships budgets, and report on cost per SQL and cost per opportunity
  • Report monthly to the leadership team on pipeline sourced and influenced, partner performance and upcoming activity
  • Document and improve how we run events and partnerships, so the function scales as we grow

How you'll work with the BDM

You fill the room; the BDM converts it. Follow-up plans are agreed before each event, every lead lands in HubSpot fast, and attribution is shared, so you both win when an event or partnership delivers.

What you'll be measured on

  • Pipeline sourced and influenced by events and partnerships (£)
  • Partner-sourced SQLs per quarter
  • Event-sourced SQLs per quarter
  • Number of active partners producing referrals
  • Cost per SQL and cost per opportunity by event
  • ICP quality of event attendees
  • Speaking slots, panels and podcast appearances secured
  • Revenue closed from events and partnerships

What we're looking for

Must-haves

  • An existing network in UK ecommerce or DTC — you can open doors from day one
  • Commercial background in partnerships, events sales, sponsorship or agency new business, with numbers to show for it
  • The confidence to host a room of founders and make great introductions
  • Exceptional organisation — you can run multiple events and partnerships at once without dropping the detail
  • Comfortable with budgets, reporting and a CRM (we use HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape and the tech ecosystem around it

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building or running a partner or referral programme
  • Experience at an ecommerce SaaS platform, events business, community brand or agency
  • Contacts in the US ecom scene
  • Experience securing speaking slots or managing founder-led thought leadership

The kind of person who thrives here

  • You think in pipeline, not attendance
  • You're a natural connector who people want to be introduced to
  • You act like an owner and want to build something, not just run it
  • You'd rather be in the room than behind a spreadsheet — but you love the spreadsheet too

What's in it for you

  • Real earning potential - a £55K+ base plus £20K in additional commission on the pipeline and revenue you create (OTE £75K+)
  • Real ownership - budget and autonomy to build this function from the ground up, with front-row access to our founders, partners and the best rooms in UK ecom
  • A clear path up - a structured progression roadmap from day one, with real potential to grow into Head of Partnerships as we scale
  • Regular recognition - quarterly performance reviews and annual pay reviews
  • Industry access - travel to industry events in the UK and US alongside our founders, plus your own annual event budget
  • Always learning - monthly internal ecommerce training and quarterly partner training with platforms such as Shopify, Triple Whale, StoreHero and Recharge
  • Time off that counts - 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
  • Flexibility - hybrid working, with 3 days in our Manchester office and 2 from home
  • A great place to work - a modern office with free parking, free coffee and snacks, and a team of some of the best talent in ecom
