Patch & Release Management Engineer

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria. For our client we are looking for Patch & Release Management Engineer.  Job Description The Patch-Management Engineer is accountable for all patch management services in the Shared Service Center in company. The Patch-Management Engineer is the primary contact person for local DC teams for all Patch Management topics. The Patch-Management Engineer will monitor and operate Tanium infrastructure (e.g., Dashboards) as part of the Shared Service Center. The Shared Service Center collaborates with teams in both Global IT and the Data Centers to ensure normal operation of the systems used for Release- & Patch-Management. The Patch-Management Engineer has access to a comprehensive training library (eg. provided by vendor) and is expected to use to increase knowledge and develop skillsets. Administer the global Patch Management System for all company sites including configuration, consolidating, monitoring performance and logs collection Responsible to completed reporting templates for that system Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with the company standards and policies Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions To carry out any other duties which are within the employees skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to As a member of the global NDBS community, you will be a champion of the organization values and culture, while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviors expected from a professional, best in-class IT team  Requirements: University degree in Information Technology Proven experience in Patch Management Experiences in relevant systems like Tanium is an advantage Min 1 years of experience IT systems Microsoft & Network administration Proven experience in IT Support Relevant industry experience Fluent in English, experience in international collaboration Able to travel when/if required  We offer: To join one of the fastest growing and successful companies in the field of Information technology To work in a friendly, motivated, and achievement-oriented team of professionals Challenging assignments and career development opportunities Competitive remuneration package and social benefit program Remote work    If this position is of interest to you and you meet the requirements, please send your updated CV.
