Patient Manager (M/F) · Porto
A boutique hair restoration practice, built entirely on referral. With one patient a day, each one gets our full attention. We're looking for the person who makes them feel it, from the first message to the one-year check-in.
The role You'll be the link between Dr. Ferreira and every patient, at every stage. You report directly to him, relay what patients need, and bring his answers back to them clearly and warmly. Much of the job happens in writing, with a steady flow of emails back and forth, so how you write matters as much as how you speak.
What you'll do
Answer every enquiry so well that people are glad they wrote.
Guide patients from first contact to booked surgery: consultation, pricing, deposit, date.
Coordinate consultations and the written reports we build from Dr. Ferreira's notes using our own AI tools.
Welcome patients on surgery day and set the tone from the moment they arrive.
Stay close afterwards with milestone follow-ups, progress photos, and the kind of care that turns patients into recommendations.
Keep our Instagram alive and help with day-to-day marketing. If you have ideas on strategy too, even better.
You are
Warm and calm, even with patients who are anxious or demanding.
Flawless in English, fluent in Portuguese. Spanish, French or German is a plus.
A clear, careful writer who's happy in a busy inbox.
At ease talking about money, and able to help people decide without pushing.
Someone with taste and impeccable manners.
Organised, so nothing slips.
Discreet with people's health and privacy.
Bonus: a background in luxury hospitality, premium healthcare, medical tourism or high-end retail, and the ability to take good photos and video or do some design work.
The details
Full-time, hybrid: some days at the clinic, some remote.
Ideal start: October 2026.
