Patient Navigator (Nurse)

About the role:

Measured is looking for experienced Nurses or healthcare professionals to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll work directly with our telehealth patients to help them reach their weight loss goals and ensure that they have a great experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is adept at problem solving, has clinical training and experience, is experienced in remote settings, and who loves helping others.

What You'll Do:

• Resolve emails and chats from patients and document relevant information as needed.

• Create a feedback loop and processes between customers, medical team, health coaches, and the care team to help improve the customer’s experience.

• Identify and recommend updates based on customer feedback in relation to product, FAQs, services, and more.

• Meet establish SLA’s and other performance goals

• This role is a contract (1099) role at $5 per hour with a target of 40 hours per week during normal US business (9-5 EST) hours, including at least one weekend day.
  

About You:

• Nursing background or Healthcare Experience required

• You have strong bedside manner with patients

• You are excited to adapt into a virtual role

• Multiple years of experience in a customer support role for US companies

• Adept at supporting a complex service

• Strong communication skills - writing, typing and phone.

• Organized and detail-oriented work

• Experience with Helpscout or similar ticketing systems
