About the Role

At Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, we believe getting mental healthcare shouldn't be complicated. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Patient Services Representative to join our team in Little Rock.

You'll be one of the first people patients speak with when they call our offices. Whether you're helping someone schedule their first appointment, answering a question, or connecting them with the right person, you'll play an important role in making sure our patients feel cared for.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing their job well.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a combination of remote and in-office work.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming patient calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Help new and existing patients schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
  • Answer general questions about our clinics, services, and scheduling processes.
  • Connect patients with the appropriate team members when additional assistance is needed.
  • Accurately document patient interactions in our electronic health record system.
  • Work closely with our scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure patients receive timely assistance.
  • Help resolve patient concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, compassionate personality and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliability and dependability. Our patients and teammates count on us, so consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and patient during difficult conversations.
  • Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys being part of a team.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, customer service, or a call center is preferred, but not required.
