For more than 50 years, we have provided trusted information, emotional support, advocacy, practical help and community connections to patients and families across the UK. In 2025 alone, we supported hundreds of people through counselling, welfare advice, support groups, hospital navigation services and peer support programmes.

  • Promote and sustain a responsible attitude towards equal opportunities and diversity within the Charity
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development and participate in any training relevant to the role
  • Participate in team meetings and build productive working relationships with colleagues throughout the organisation

This job description is not exhaustive. It acts as a guide and may be amended to meet the changing requirements of the charity at any time after discussion with the post holder.
