Job Responsibilities: Portfolio Optimization: Supporting and leading ongoing work to optimize our portfolio of programs by leveraging partnerships, technology and ecosystem strategies to deliver more impactful, effective and efficient solutions for patients. Process Optimization: Support the development and reimaging of optimal processes, procedures and capabilities to enable our wider-angle portfolio strategies Digital Capabilities: Support the development and realization of our Digital roadmap and capabilities including dashboarding, insight generation through project prioritization, change management and implementation PSP Special Projects: Supporting ongoing and novel work packages that support the overarching functional and portfolio strategies Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Curious and willing to find solutions, not afraid to ask questions & explore new ways of doing things Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously. Enjoys project management and learning about digital solutions within the health industry Strong time management and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment Can work both autonomously and within a team depending on the projects and team needs. Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
