We are currently seeking a Payments Agent to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers daily.
• Communicate efficiently with payment providers and internal teams (Support, Sales, Compliance).
• Investigate and resolve failed or delayed transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and reconciliation of all payment activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory AML/KYC policies.
• Support the integration and testing of new payment methods or PSPs.
• Prepare regular reports and insights on transaction trends and client behavior.
• Assist in handling VIP and high-volume transactions promptly and securely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (1–3 years) in payments, banking, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures and compliance standards.
• Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, and EMIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRMs/back-office systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
