Payroll Accountant

The Finance team plays an important role in supporting the company’s growth and smooth day-to-day operations. We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our collaborative team and contribute to accurate, reliable, and employee-focused payroll processes. In this role, you will Prepare staff documentation and maintain employee data Manage working time tracking and payroll accounting Prepare and submit payroll, employment, and termination declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate and the State Social Insurance Fund Board Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly closing reports Prepare payroll-related documentation for the annual audit Monitor changes in labor and tax legislation and ensure their proper application Advise employees on payroll-related matters Assist with other relevant tasks within the Finance function What you will bring At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing Experience working with financial and payroll software and systems Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Labor Code and other legislation governing employment relations Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field Accuracy, attention to detail, discipline in meeting deadlines, and a high level of confidentiality A proactive mindset and a service-oriented approach Fluency in Lithuanian and English What we offer A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun Health insurance Flexible working hours Bonus for referrals Employee-led workshops and office perks Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countries Salary range: € 2000 - 3250 gross / month If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected] or via
