Join the dynamic corporate team at Express Employment International as a Payroll Auditor. In this role, you will conduct structured, desk based audits of timekeeping and payroll records across multiple U.S. states and Canadian provinces to help ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws, payroll regulations, and internal company policies.

The Payroll Auditor plays an important role in identifying potential compliance risks related to hours worked, pay practices, and payroll processing accuracy. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across the organization to promote consistency, accuracy, and risk reduction, with an emphasis on education, corrective guidance, and continuous improvement.

This position is an important part of supporting Express Employment International’s compliance responsibilities as a multi-jurisdictional employer and complements broader compliance efforts across payroll, HR, and work authorization functions.

Express Employment International believes in the value of in person collaboration to support teamwork, creativity and connection. Employees in this position are expected to work a four (4) day in office schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely one (1) day each week, based on business and department needs.
