Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong leadership skills and exceptional attention to detail? 🚀 We’re looking for a capable Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, maintain accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and support a seamless employee experience.

💼 Role Responsibilities

🔹 Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration

🔹 Review salaries, deductions, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and adjustments

🔹 Ensure employee payroll data and records remain accurate and up to date

🔹 Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries

🔹 Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries

🔹 Ensure payroll processes follow company policies and applicable regulations

🔹 Coordinate with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers

🔹 Maintain strong payroll controls and identify opportunities for process improvement

🔹 Protect confidential employee and compensation information

🔹 Provide guidance, support, and performance oversight to payroll team members

🎯 Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

✅ 5+ years of professional payroll experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities

✅ Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, compensation, and payroll controls

✅ Excellent numerical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong leadership and communication abilities

✅ High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality

✅ Ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple payroll priorities

⭐ Experience with HRIS, payroll software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel is an advantage

⭐ UAE/GCC payroll experience is highly valued
