Are you an experienced production professional with strong leadership, planning, and operational skills? 🚀 We’re looking for a results-driven Production Manager to oversee production activities, improve operational efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure business targets are consistently achieved.

⚙️ Role Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day production activities

🔹 Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively

🔹 Monitor productivity, output, quality, costs, and operational performance

🔹 Lead, motivate, and support production teams to achieve targets

🔹 Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and operational risks

🔹 Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

🔹 Ensure products meet established quality and performance standards

🔹 Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams

🔹 Monitor inventory, materials, equipment, and production requirements

🔹 Prepare production reports, KPI updates, forecasts, and management summaries

🔹 Promote workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred

✅ 3+ years of professional experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management

✅ Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, resource management, and operational processes

✅ Proven leadership and team management abilities

✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong communication and decision-making capabilities

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines

⭐ Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, KPI dashboards, or production planning tools is an advantage

⭐ UAE/GCC manufacturing or production experience is highly valued
