Anders Group is looking for an organized, innovative professional to partner in managing our weekly external payroll, which includes gathering their timecards, auditing them for accuracy, entering them into our internal system and ADP, and following up with all discrepancies immediately. - Master the Timecards: Collect, audit, and process weekly timesheets like a pro—making sure every hour, on-call, and callback detail is spot-on.
- Own the Payroll Flow: Run payroll through ADP and Salesforce with precision, handle deductions and reimbursements, and keep everything accurate and on time.
- Be the Go-To Payroll Guru: Answer questions, solve issues fast, and keep both internal teams and traveling healthcare professionals smiling.
- Keep Compliance on Point: Manage tax docs, onboarding, and extra pay items while juggling projects and adapting to changing priorities like a champ.
- You have experience in Healthcare Travel Staffing Payroll (multistate) and ADP WFN

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, audit, and calculate weekly timesheets from Traveling Healthcare Professionals, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and/or Facilities including hours worked, on-call, and call-back details etc.
- Ensure timecards populate correctly and process payroll promptly and accurately through ADP and Salesforce.
- Audit additional pay deductions and reimbursements, applying them correctly to employee pay.
- Run payroll processes in Salesforce and send timely reminder emails for manager approvals.
- Manage contractual additional pay items (e.g., travel reimbursements) with precision.
- Escalate any pay or rate discrepancies immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to external employees, resolving payroll inquiries swiftly and professionally.
- Maintain strong internal relationships through clear professional communication and teamwork.
- Ensure accurate onboarding and rehiring of employees in ADP, verifying complete and correct hiring documentation via Xenqu.
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related calls and inquiries.
- Manage Payroll inbox, texting inbox and voicemails. Address immediately with a high lever of customer service.
- Complete assigned projects and reports with ownership and attention to detail.
- Uphold compliance and accuracy across multiple systems, demonstrating the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills
Skills:
- ADP Experience required; ADP WFN experience preferred
- Medical staffing/agency experience is preferred
- Healthcare Staffing VMS experience is preferred
- Multistate experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
- Detailed oriented and able to shift focus as needed

Schedule
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week*. Monday through Friday.
*May need to be available to float the observation of holidays dependent on payroll deadlines
