Payroll Specialist

They are a dynamic company specializing in payroll outsourced services, committed to delivering excellence and ensuring compliance with the highest standards. As a leading payroll provider in the recruitment industry, they are seeking a talented mid-senior level payroll officer to join the team.

About the role

• End-to-end contractor payroll for a high-volume client base
• Superannuation, legislative and statutory compliance obligations
• Contractor and employee onboarding
• Responding to client and contractor queries on timesheets and payroll
• Supporting the Implementation team with client go-lives
• Documenting and improving processes as the team scales
• Contributing to sales support - quotes, proposals and presentations as needed

What they're looking for

• Experience with Foundu or Fast Track is highly regarded - KeyPay or Astute is also well regarded
• Exposure to UK payroll is an advantage
• 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within an outsourced or recruitment payroll environment
• A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
• A genuine customer service mindset - clients will rely on you
• Solid understanding of contractor payroll, Modern Awards and EBAs
