Expand into Medicare while building long-term client relationships through Medicare products and services.
Already selling home and auto insurance? Medicare can help you build additional commission and renewal income while serving clients approaching Medicare eligibility.
Neighbor's Reliance helps you expand into Medicare through access to inbound Medicare opportunities, technology built for insurance sales, and hands-on training and support. Earn commissions and eligible renewals while building your own Medicare book of business.
Our platform combines CRM, an integrated phone system, AI tools, and quality assurance support to help you manage client communications and follow-up from home.
With Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period approaching, now is a good time to begin preparing—whether you already hold health authority or need to add it.
What we Offer
- Build your Medicare book through inbound consumer calls and ongoing client relationships. Discussions regarding property and casualty products must remain separate from Medicare sales activities and may occur only when independently requested or otherwise permitted under applicable requirements..
- Commissions and renewals: Receive 100% of contracted agent commissions directly from Medicare carriers, including eligible renewals, subject to carrier and contract terms.
- Book ownership: Build your own Medicare client relationships and retain ownership of your book, subject to contract terms.
- Inbound Medicare calls: Connect with consumers calling for Medicare assistance through paid marketing campaigns. Agents fund their campaigns and may also use their own compliant marketing sources.
- Marketing expense reimbursement: Offset eligible marketing costs when you meet program requirements.
- Technology built for Medicare sales: Access CRM, an integrated phone system, AI tools, quoting and enrollment tools, and quality assurance support.
- Training and ongoing coaching: Learn Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D, with mentorship and support as you begin selling.
- Licensing and contracting guidance: Get help navigating health licensing, AHIP, carrier certifications, appointments, and onboarding.
- Flexibility: Work from home, sell by phone or in person, and set your own schedule. Continue your P&C practice where your existing agreements permit.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with Medicare-eligible consumers by phone, video, or in person
- Explain coverage options and assist with appropriate enrollment decisions
- Build and service your own Medicare book of business
- Maintain accurate records and follow Medicare marketing and enrollment requirements
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while complying with Medicare marketing and enrollment requirements.
Property and casualty products are not marketed during Medicare sales appointments or Medicare marketing events. Any discussions regarding home, auto, or other non-health insurance products must occur separately and only when permitted by applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, consent requirements, and agency agreements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience selling personal lines insurance, including home or auto; one year preferred
- An active insurance license in good standing
- Strong communication, coverage-explanation, and client service skills
- Comfortable using technology and working independently
- Interested in a commission-based role and expanding your client base

Agents are responsible for ensuring that participation in this opportunity complies with any agency, carrier, employment, exclusivity, non-solicitation, or non-compete obligations applicable to them.

New to Medicare? That’s Who We’re Looking For.
This opening is for agents who have never been contracted to sell Medicare. If you have ever held a Medicare carrier writing number or been assigned to a Medicare agency or upline—even without making a sale—please disclose that when applying so our contracting team can review eligibility.
A property and casualty license alone does not qualify you to sell Medicare. Agents who need health authority may apply. We offer licensing guidance and discounted pre-licensing courses. Required licensing, certifications, and carrier appointments must be completed before selling
