Collect SailPoint integration requirements (technical and non-technical) from the application team.

• Enter data into the Rapid onboarding tool.

• Identify the appropriate connector/integration method and provide details for full application integration.

• Identify Firewall requirement, place the request, follow up and escalate as needed.

• Gather entitlement/role information, review metadata, and get it implemented with the PG&E development team.

• Communicate information to PG&E developers.

• Act as a liaison between developers and the application team as needed.

• Escalate issues to PG&E management appropriately.

• Coordinate and validate integration testing on the application side.

• Manage any outstanding integration item for the application until deployment to production and sign-off by operation team.

• Analyze and categorize application complexity for an additional 25 applications.

• Provide status reports to PG&E management.
