Position Summary
The PE-CX & Digital Analytics Lead is the internal SME for PE-CX performance measurement, building the analytics capabilities to evaluate and optimize PE-CX — starting with HCP Rx lift and consumer HVA, conversion, and funnel measurement, and extending across the full range of digital performance analytics the model needs as it grows. This role translates the data and infrastructure built by Data & AI Enablement into insights and recommendations that enable smarter investment and deployment decisions. Reporting to the Head of PE-CX & Digital Strategy, this leader partners closely with Data & AI Enablement, Commercialization Analytics & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external media and platform partners to ensure PE-CX performance is measured rigorously and translated into data-driven action.

Key Responsibilities

Measurement Framework & Methodology
  • Build and own the measurement frameworks PE-CX runs on, starting with HCP Rx lift and consumer HVA, conversion, and funnel analysis
  • Establish the framework that ties engagement activity to real business outcomes
  • Partner with Data & AI Enablement to identify data needs and refine data processes that ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of all input data
  • Continuously evolve measurement approaches as PE-CX expands into new customer types, functional areas, and channels
Digital Performance Analytics
  • Analyze digital performance across paid media, CRM, web, and third-party platforms to identify what's working and what isn't
  • Translate performance data into clear, prioritized recommendations for campaign, channel, and platform optimization
  • Monitor performance in-flight and flag issues or opportunities before they show up in a quarterly review
  • Build self-serve, automatically updating dashboards to make PE-CX performance clear and usable for stakeholders across the business
Adaptation & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities and execute high-impact ad hoc analyses to drive key business decision points
  • Evaluate new measurement approaches, tools, and data sources that could sharpen how digital performance is evaluated and acted upon
  • Serve as the business owner and translator for relevant AI, ML, and advanced analytics use cases
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in analytics, statistics, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, digital measurement, or omnichannel performance roles within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience building measurement frameworks and analyzing Rx lift, HVAs, conversion, and funnel performance across HCP and consumer channels
  • Hands-on proficiency with analytics and BI tools; comfort working directly with data and designing new ways to analyze and show data
  • Experience translating complex performance data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and sales partners
  • Understanding of media/promotional deployment and measurement strategy

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building measurement or analytics capabilities from the ground up, not just operating established ones
  • Experience measuring performance across HCP third-party platforms, social media, paid and organic search, CRM, and web
  • Experience with deploying AI use cases with measurable value
  • A track record of catching measurement, attribution, or interpretation gaps that others missed.
The expected salary range for this position based on greater Boston, MA location is $162,000 – 208,000. Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
