Pediatric Hospitalist: Remote Opportunity with micro1

Are you an experienced pediatric hospitalist interested in helping improve medical AI?PaShen is sharing an opportunity with micro1 for pediatric specialists to apply their clinical expertise to medical record review and AI training.

What you’ll do

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training. • Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record. • Evaluate inpatient pediatric documentation, including presenting complaints, medical history, birth and developmental history, immunization status, assessments, and plans. • Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information, including weight-based dosing and age-appropriate clinical details. • Apply review guidelines consistently and share clear feedback with the project team.

Preferred qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics, with or without pediatric hospital medicine subspecialty certification. • At least five years of hospitalist experience. • Current or recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist experience within the past two years. • Strong understanding of inpatient documentation, hospital workflows, and transitions of care. • Confidence reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines.

Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding, or quality assurance is a plus. Experience across general pediatrics, newborn care, subspecialty co-management, or complex chronic conditions is also valuable.

Compensation
