PEGA Lead Business Architect Are you ready to join a cutting-edge Digital Solutions company and lead PEGA business architecture on a Dutch government programme? We are looking for a PEGA Lead Business Architect to join our client's team on a contract basis. Contract Type: B2B Contract Location: Zwolle, Netherlands. Hybrid: on site in Zwolle 3 days every week, 8 hours a day, no exceptions. Start: no later than 15 October 2026 Mandatory PEGA LBA hands-on experience (minimum 2 years) Overall proven working BA experience (8-10 years) Dutch native speaker Education: HBO / WO, Bachelor's or Master's in Public Administration or Business Administration (documentation required) PEGA Business Architect Essentials Certificate Key skills / experience required Experience with Dutch Government projects Rijkszaak implementation experience Experience in designing solutions for Herstel in Natura Knowledge and experience with residential building issues, such as damage assessment, cost estimation and/or repair Knowledge of and hands-on experience with PEGA Constellation Knowledge of and hands-on experience with data and data modelling Knowledge of and hands-on experience in creating user stories, document feedback items and bugs Experience translating business requirements into user stories that can be addressed within the team Knowledge and experience with workflows and document management Experience in using BPM tools Manage and guide feature-based application development Able to proficiently customise UI elements and dynamic UI without coding Experience working with Confluence and Jira Able to read, write and speak English Able to work in an Agile environment Department Business Analysis Location Zwolle Remote status Hybrid Zwolle About WLG Work Life Group Sp. z o.o., agencja zatrudnienia (employment agency) KRAZ no. 19578.
