Pega QA Engineer - Dutch Speaking

Do you know Pega inside out, love finding the bug before the customer does, and speak Dutch? This one is for you.

We are looking for an experienced Pega QA Engineer with strong Dutch-speaking skills to join our client's Pega delivery team as a permanent employee. You will test Pega applications hands-on and work directly with Dutch-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Contract Type: Permanent employment, full-time

Location: Zwolle, Netherlands. Hybrid: on site in Zwolle 3 days every week, 8 hours a day, no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Pega business requirements and Acceptance Criteria.

• Prepare and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.

• Validate Pega workflows, case management, business rules, UI, integrations, and data.

• Perform defect identification, tracking, and resolution validation.

• Work closely with Pega developers, Business Analysts, and customer stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing status updates.

• Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Pega QA / Pega Testing.

• Good understanding of Pega Case Management, workflows, UI, Data Pages, integrations, and business rules.

• Experience with functional and regression testing.

• Good knowledge of defect management tools such as Jira.

• Strong Dutch speaking and communication skills (mandatory).

• English communication skills are required.

• Pega certification such as CSA/CSSA is an advantage.

Preferred

• Experience working with European/Dutch customers.

• Experience in Pega Infinity / Constellation is an advantage.

• Ability to work directly with customer and offshore/onshore teams.
