CHECK Team Member (Penetration Tester) - REMOTE

You’ll deliver CHECK-accredited penetration tests across applications, infrastructure and wireless, working with an established offensive security team at a growing Cyber Security services business.

The essentials

• £45,000 to £60,000
• Remote, with up to two days a month on site
• Active SC clearance required

What you’ll do

• Deliver CHECK and non-CHECK application and infrastructure tests across Windows, Linux, Active Directory and wireless environments
• Run phishing and vishing campaigns as part of social engineering engagements
• Write clear reports for both technical and non-technical readers, with practical remediation advice
• Help scope engagements and draft proposals with clients before testing starts
• Manage your own testing projects to agreed deadlines
• Support peer QA so reports go out to a consistent standard

What you’ll need

Essential:

• CHECK Team Member (CTM) status
• Active SC clearance
• Hands-on experience testing applications and infrastructure, including Active Directory
• Working knowledge of OWASP, PTES and similar testing methodologies
• Experience running phishing and vishing campaigns
• Strong written English for reporting
