You will join an ambitious Wealth team of more than 60 professionals, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development are central to the way of working.

- Guide junior consultants and support senior colleagues throughout advisory engagements.

Your profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a quantitative, economics, finance, or actuarial-related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in pension consulting, pension advisory, actuarial services, or a comparable role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to understand and assess complex issues.
- Experience preparing and reviewing analyses, reports, and recommendations.
- The ability to independently coordinate assignments and projects.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
Benefits
- Varied and challenging assignments for major employers and pension funds.
- A competitive benefits package.
- Opportunities for professional development, training, and further education.
- Career progression within an international organisation.
- An open working environment with short communication lines and room for individual initiative.
