General Purpose of the Job: This teammate is an integral partner in enabling partners through technology, managing data and reporting, and developing new analytics for all things people-related within the enterprise. You support all field and corporate functions by owning people-related technology and being responsible for efficient reporting processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

Technology

• Develop deep understanding of PS analytics technology investments, both back-end data flows and user experience

• Heavy interaction with peers and stakeholders (internal and external to DaVita)

• Ability to prioritize multiple asks and understand which business problems are most important for us to help solve

Data Management

• Responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple systems

• Continuous oversight ensuring data processes (transformations, calculations, etc.) run as efficient as possible

Reporting

• Create and maintain self-service reporting model across our platforms

• Help report owners scope out needs and develop solutions to meet these needs

• Drive towards automation and self-service

Analytics

• Creativity to identify analytical tools suited to uncover new insights about our Teammates

• Ability to build advanced analytical models to address pressing business issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required

• Strong understanding of statistical and predictive modeling along with coding / modeling experience

• Knowledge of Workday data / reporting and database administration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
