This position is reporting to the Senior People & Culture Generalist (based in HK). As a People & Culture Generalist, you are expected to provide all rounded HR including C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and ensuring that the HR processes are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. You will also be in contact with various stakeholders.

This position is reporting to the Senior People & Culture Generalist (based in HK). As a People & Culture Generalist, you are expected to provide all rounded HR including C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and ensuring that the HR processes are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. You will also be in contact with various stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Secure a well-functioning and compliant HR administration,
- Manage full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding to ensure complying local labor governance,
- Be the local People & Culture speaking partner for the areas of HR administration, HR systems and Work Environment
- Responsible for office activities, administrations and operations, which are not limited to office maintenance, leisure event activities, IT support
Your Qualification:
AI Requirement
- At least 2 years of all rounded HR expertise in hi-tech/consulting MNCs
- Experience with various C&B/HR systems/processes and labour law regulations
- Able to interact with peers, stakeholders in North Asia and serviced center in Philippines.
- As a person you need to be passionate about people and motivated to secure good HR compliance.
- You are resourceful and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Have ability to establish trustful relationship
- You have a good administrative, communication and documentation skills
- You are a good team player
- You are ambitious to learn and develop within Synpulse
- You are passionate about the Synpulse culture and values
- Relevant education in the Human Resource field
- Obtained start-up or fast-growing working environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office is required (SharePoint, One-drive)
- Fluent in spoken and written in English & Cantonese
AI Requirement
- Understands Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), including their practical applications in business and technology environments, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to drive innovation, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively incorporate AI-enabled tools into consulting engagements, project management, business analysis, solution design, technology delivery, and business development activities to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and client value.
- Embraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business impact for clients and the firm.
