Recruiter Specialist – U.S. Healthcare / ABA

Location: Remote – South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST

Beyond Core Therapy is a growing U.S.-based ABA therapy company operating across multiple states. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter Specialist based in South Africa to help us recruit healthcare professionals throughout the United States.

The primary focus of this position will be recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do

You will manage the recruiting process from sourcing through initial screening and candidate follow-up.

Responsibilities include:

• Actively source and identify qualified candidates
• Speak with candidates on the phone throughout the day
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
• Recruit RBTs, BCBAs and other healthcare professionals
• Build rapport with candidates and keep them engaged
• Follow up consistently with applicants and prospective candidates
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews with management
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress
• Develop new strategies for finding candidates in difficult-to-fill markets
  
  
  

Requirements

Excellent spoken English is REQUIRED.

Because you will be speaking directly with candidates in the United States, you must be extremely comfortable and professional on the phone and able to communicate clearly and naturally in English.

Candidates are required to have:

• At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong, professional phone communication skills
• Confidence speaking with candidates throughout the day
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to recruiting
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• A fibre fixed-line internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
• Reliable backup power and backup internet connectivity in the event of power outages or service interruptions
• A suitable, quiet and professional remote-work environment
  
  
  

Experience recruiting for U.S. companies, healthcare organizations, staffing companies, or ABA therapy providers is a major advantage.

We need someone who enjoys speaking with people, actively sourcing candidates, making calls, following up, and taking ownership of getting positions filled.
