Scale Suite is a Sydney-based company on a mission to build the full-stack finance function for growing Australian businesses, with complementary HR services delivered by the same embedded team. We are not a BPO. Every team member gets a Claude Pro subscription, AI is in daily use, and our HR service line is growing fast, which is exactly why this role exists.

The work

• Keep employee records accurate and current across client workforces of hundreds of staff and dozens of sites: qualifications, certifications and compliance registers.
• Run HR administration end to end: employment contracts, variations, onboarding and offboarding packs, filing done properly.
• Keep HRIS data clean across whatever systems a client runs, and help migrate them when they change.
• Support recruitment at volume: scheduling interviews, reference checks, compliance documentation, keeping the pipeline moving.
• Help run our marketing: schedule and publish social media posts, keep the content calendar up to date, and follow our step-by-step guides so every post goes out on time and error free. We create the content; you make sure it gets posted.
• Build the HR asset library in quieter weeks: contract templates, onboarding kits, policy packs, the building blocks our HR service line scales on.
• Work alongside our HR leads with structured senior review, so you learn fast and to a high standard.

Who we're after

• A degree in any discipline, with HR, psychology or business a plus.
• At least 1 year in HR administration, recruitment support or high-volume admin. Exceptional graduates with a top academic record are also welcome.
• Detail-obsessed. In this role, accurate records are the product.
• Strong written English. Your work lands directly with Australian clients and their staff.
• Organised and self-directed. You work to deadlines without being chased.
• Comfortable posting and scheduling on social media, or quick to learn the tools.
• You use AI as a matter of course.
