Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, skip-level meetings, exit interviews, and offboarding, ensuring a consistent employee experience and compliance with P&O policies and procedures.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries, workplace concerns, and grievances while ensuring fair, consistent, and confidential handling in line with company policies.
- Coordinate the OKR and performance management cycles, supporting alignment between organizational, team, and individual objectives, and ensuring timely completion, effective follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, promotion processes, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipelines and support employee growth.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including onboarding and orientation, training programs, and continuous learning opportunities, ensuring alignment with identified capability gaps and business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement and culture initiatives, including engagement surveys, action planning, well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and values activation.
- Maintain and update job profiles, ensuring role clarity, alignment with organizational structures and business needs, and consistency with career paths, competency frameworks, and development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate employee and performance data, prepare periodic reports, and analyze relevant people metrics to identify trends, support evidence-based decisions, and recommend improvements to the employee experience.
- Contribute to P&O initiatives and projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen policy compliance, and enhance the effectiveness of people practices across the organization.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience with proven exposure to Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Employee Experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, and performance management frameworks.
- Experience coordinating OKRs or similar goal alignment/performance frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
