Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role The role plays a key role in supporting the employee experience across Warner Bros. Discovery Mexico. This position partners with employees, and P&C Centers of Excellence to coordinate, and execute engagement, wellness, culture, communication, learning, and talent initiatives that strengthen employee connection and reinforce WBD as an employer of choice. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing employee advocacy, project management, and operational HR support. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about creating positive employee experiences. Your Role Accountabilities Employee Engagement & Culture Lead and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, recognition programs, wellness campaigns, and inclusion efforts. Support the planning and execution of employee events, town halls, leadership visits, volunteer activities, celebrations, and internal communication campaigns. Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Track engagement metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve participation and employee sentiment. Support organizational change management initiatives, helping drive awareness, adoption, and employee connection. People Programs & Projects Coordinate and support P&C programs and projects across talent, learning, development, wellbeing, DEI, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with different areas to ensure successful implementation of corporate initiatives and local programs. Assist with project tracking, communications, reporting, and stakeholder management. Develop presentations, communication materials, dashboards, and executive reports. Cross-Functional Partnership Build strong relationships with Recruitment, L&D, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and other COEs to provide seamless employee experience. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience within Human Resources Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives, events, or employee experience programs. Strong analytical skills with experience using Artificial Intelligence, MS Office, reporting tools, and HR systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities and genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow and develop. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce Success Measures Employee engagement program participation and satisfaction. Successful execution of culture and wellness initiatives. Stakeholder satisfaction with P&C support and partnership. Adoption and effectiveness of internal people programs and communications.
