  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to confirm load readiness, review validation results, escalate blockers, and ensure operational timelines are met.
  • Identify data issues, process gaps, and recurring errors; work with partners to correct root causes and reduce repeat manual effort.
  • Maintain clear process documentation, checklists, and operating procedures to support consistency, auditability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Manage multiple operational priorities with attention to accuracy, urgency, risk, and downstream impact.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM, including data processing, data validation, reporting, or operational support.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality control, and timely execution.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data issues, identify patterns, escalate risks, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills, with comfort reviewing large data sets, comparing outputs, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes, summarize issues, and provide status updates.
  • Execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate with sound judgment.

What will set you apart:

  • Hands-on Workday HCM data load experience.
  • Experience supporting compensation-related HR data processes.
  • Ability to improve recurring processes through documentation, checklists, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Comfort operating in a hybrid delivery model with internal teams and third-party providers.
