Respoisnbilties Support the People Experience team in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Help organize and support employee engagement activities and initiatives that enhance company culture. Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and employee records. Support the coordination of learning and development activities, including logistics for training sessions and workshops. Help collect and organize HR data/metrics, and assist in preparing simple reports and summaries related to employee satisfaction and engagement. Provide general support to the team on employee relations tasks under supervision (e.g., following up on requests, documentation, addressing simple employee queries). Assist in planning and executing internal events, celebrations, and culture-building activities. Help gather employee feedback (e.g., surveys, pulse checks) and support in summarizing results. Participate in project work related to organizational initiatives and employee experience as assigned. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to new tasks and challenges. Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort working with data is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
