Our work is grounded in practical value, evidence, and studies, designed to educate, inspire, and unite people globally.Our team operates remotely across 12 countries - Ukraine, England, Ireland, Scotland , the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and India - bringing diverse perspectives to everything we create.

The Role: People Manager

As People Manager at KindWiseRich, you’ll nurture a team of globally-distributed creatives, editors, strategists, and visionaries. Your role is to help our people thrive—by building smart systems, providing emotional and strategic support, and making our culture stronger every day.

What Will You Do?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members across departments

• Facilitate regular check-ins and performance reflections with honesty and care

• Identify opportunities for growth, mentorship, and alignment

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members

• Help resolve conflicts with wisdom, kindness, and clarity

• Co-create clear team systems for accountability, recognition, and feedback

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive remote team culture

• Maintain alignment with KWR’s values in all people-related decisions

Our Conditions

Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–15 hours per week (volunteer, pro bono at the start)

This is a volunteer position. While unpaid for now, we are committed to compensating our team as soon as we achieve financial sustainability. If you’re not in a position to volunteer, that’s completely okay. This role is best for someone who is financially stable and values meaningful contribution, growth, and purpose over short-term pay.
