Summary of Role:
Help shape the future of our organization. With your extensive experience, you will lead daily People operations, streamline onboarding and offboarding, coordinate contribution reviews, and implement best practices to ensure a productive and supportive work environment. Your role will be crucial in recruiting top talent and fostering a culture that aligns with our values and mission. By promoting our agile ways of working, you will help build an efficient remote-working environment.
What Will You Do?
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to help new hires integrate smoothly.
Support the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
Implement and manage our contribution review system.
Foster a positive and inclusive remote workplace culture.
Manage HRIS accuracy, keep team members’ records up to date, and maintain documentation.
Develop, communicate, implement, and update our standard operating procedures.
Who Are We Looking For?
In-depth understanding of HR and People operations best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proficiency with HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Organizational skills - the ability to prioritize and manage time and multiple tasks independently.
Attentive communication - the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
