Streamline recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction using tools like LinkedIn, JobDB, and BambooHR. Optimize HR operations through tools such as Humansoft, Lark, Asana, and Happily. Foster a culture of continuous learning (e.g., leadership development, technical upskilling) and promoting knowledge sharing. Lead quarterly performance reviews to drive team performance and individual development. Collaborate with management and team leads to effectively manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering leadership and growth. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., TGIF events, retreats). Enhance internal communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and transparency. Requirement: Proven experience in HR, organizational development, data-driven HR strategies and metrics, or related fields. Strong understanding of HR tools (e.g., Humansoft, Lark, Asana). Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Team player and individual contributor committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
