Develops and executes sales strategies and action plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets within assigned market segments. Identifies new business opportunities, develops client relationships, and maintains existing accounts to maximize revenue and market share. Conducts sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and business development activities to generate new business. Understands client needs and recommends suitable packages, programs, and solutions to maximize conversion and guest satisfaction. Prepares proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the Director of Sales, ensuring competitive offers while maximizing revenue and profitability. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and account performance, and provides regular updates to the Director of Sales. Maintains accurate client records, sales activities, and follow-up to ensure business opportunities are effectively converted. Works closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of confirmed business. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field . Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel Sales & Marketing , preferably in a Sales Executive or Sales Manager role. Experience in Corporate and Government accounts will be an advantage. English is mandatory Thai language is a strong advantage A 3rd language would be a plus including Russian, Mandarin or German Good understanding of hotel sales, account management, market segmentation, and business development. Knowledge of hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM/sales tools is preferred.
