As a People Operations Associate at Greenix, you'll play an important role in supporting employees throughout their journey with the company, from recruiting and onboarding to employee records, licensing, compliance, employee support, and offboarding. You'll help create a positive and efficient employee experience while partnering with teams across the business to ensure employees receive timely, accurate, and dependable support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a meaningful career in Human Resources. Whether your background is in customer service, administration, coordination, or HR support, you'll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while developing expertise in People Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support employees by answering questions and helping resolve People Operations issues
- Coordinate recruiting, background checks, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities • Maintain employee records and complete transactions within Workday and other systems
- Track required employee training and follow up as needed.
- Assist with pest-control licensing applications, renewals, and related documentation
- Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Licensing, and other teams to provide exceptional employee support
- Contribute to special projects, audits, open enrollment, and seasonal initiatives that impact the employee experience
- Help support employee benefits, audits, high-volume hiring, and other seasonal or special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

- Recruiting, onboarding, licensing, compliance, and employee support activities run smoothly because of your attention to detail and follow-through.
- You become a trusted partner across the business and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional service, communicate clearly, organize work, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and consistently apply detailed procedures, controls, and escalation paths.
- Working capability with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn HRIS and casemanagement systems.
- Ability to learn and work effectively with HR and other business systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability to learn and consistently apply detailed procedures, controls, and escalation paths.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday schedule with standard business hours; occasional Saturday support may be required during peak hiring seasons, major initiatives, or periods of increased business demand.
- Office-based with regular interaction with employees and internal teams.
- Work may become more fast-paced during periods of high-volume hiring, open enrollment, audits, and other seasonal initiatives.
- May occasionally support special projects or business needs outside of normal day-to-day responsibilities.
