Solved6 is a Marketing Department as a Service agency. We give brands a full senior marketing team (strategy, creative, paid media, social media and PR) at the cost of one in-house hire. We work with clients such as BYD and Charles & Keith across the GCC and globally, with offices in Dubai and Los Angeles.

The Role

You keep the agency running behind the scenes. You own client and team onboarding, our systems, invoicing, payroll inputs and internal communication. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between sales, delivery and finance.

What You’ll Do

Client operations

• Onboard new clients into ClickUp: set up spaces, lists and workflows, and assign team members
• Create client accounts in Zoho and keep records accurate
• Prepare and send invoices, track payments and follow up on overdue accounts

People operations

• Onboard new team members: contracts, accounts, tool access and first-week setup
• Manage visa processes for employees: applications, renewals and documentation
• Manage the Slack workspace: channels, members, access and structure
• Check hours and calculate monthly salaries for employees and freelancers

Reporting & communication

• Prepare the monthly agency presentation: clients, team, finance and operations overview
• Act as the main point of contact for internal operational questions and coordinate between team, clients and management

What You Bring

• Based in Dubai (required)
• Background in finance and operations
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp and Zoho (Books, Payroll, People or CRM)
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. You catch errors before they cost money
• Comfortable handling confidential data such as salaries, contracts and visas
• Agency experience is a strong plus
