What will your role be at DiliTrust? Position Overview : To reinforce our Global HR Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven People Operations Manager. Reporting to the Head of People Excellence, you will be based in our Paris office and be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, payroll, HR administration, HRIS, People data and Learning & Development across DiliTrust’s international organization. This is a hands-on management role for someone who is committed to operational excellence and able to inspire the team to achieve it every day. You should be genuinely passionate about the service provided to employees and bring a strong customer orientation to your management style, ensuring that every interaction is responsive, high-quality and focused on the employee experience. What You’ll do : People Operations & Team Leadership: Manage and develop two People Operations Specialists, setting priorities and ensuring responsive, high-quality service. Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts, amendments and employee records. Deploy global HR processes, policies and playbooks, and continuously improve workflows and employee touchpoints. Act as the first operational escalation point, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. Own the administration and service quality of the MyHR mailbox, ensuring that all HR requests are managed accurately, consistently and efficiently, with timely, high-quality responses and proactive support that anticipates employees’ needs. International HR Administration & Compliance: Coordinate HR administration across DiliTrust’s international footprint with local stakeholders and external providers. Ensure employment documentation, payroll inputs, benefits administration and mandatory HR deliverables are accurate, timely and compliant. Act as the guarantor of legal and HR compliance across countries, in partnership with the Head of People Excellence and relevant local or legal experts. Create, maintain and improve HR templates, including contracts, amendments, letters and related documentation. People Data, Payroll & Financial Management: Own HRIS data quality, completeness and confidentiality. Supervise payroll preparation and validation across countries, stepping in when needed to support execution and resolve issues. Work closely with Finance to provide accurate, timely and reliable HR data for payroll, reporting and financial planning. Build and maintain People dashboards and KPIs, providing clear operational analysis. Manage payroll and HR administration providers, monitor service quality and contribute to budget tracking. HRIS, Continuous Improvement and Learning & Development: Own DiliTrust’s HRIS landscape and lead all new HRIS implementations, from requirements definition and configuration through testing, deployment and user adoption. Proactively identify and champion opportunities to optimize and maximize the value and usage of our HRIS solutions. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across People processes and employee touchpoints. Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including, as needed, provider selection, learning-module design and delivery, learning administration, learning data and reporting. Partner with the Head of People Excellence to translate People transformation priorities into practical tools and routines, and measure adoption. Profile required : 6+ years of experience in People Operations within dynamic, fast-growing companies and international, multicultural environments. Strong hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts and HR compliance. Experience in project management and HR process deployment, from planning and coordination through implementation and day-to-day execution. Experience coordinating Learning & Development activities, including provider selection, learning-module design and delivery, administration and reporting. Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. Experience working with external providers and M&A experience are a plus. A genuine passion for operational excellence, innovation and continuously improving the employee and manager experience. High level of drive, ownership and proactivity, with a strong results orientation and the ability to move complex or new topics forward in a fast-paced environment. Structured, attentive to details and solution-oriented, with a strong employee experience focus and excellent stakeholder management skills.
