What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the People Operations team, you will play an important role in supporting the employee lifecycle across the Americas region and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation and employee records.
• Support employee changes including promotions, compensation updates, transfers, and contract amendments.
• Coordinate leave management and benefits administration processes.
• Manage offboarding activities and exit procedures.

HR Operations & Systems

• Maintain and update employee information within HR systems.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
• Generate reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain HR policies, templates, and process documentation.

Employee & Manager Support

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for HR operational inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on People Operations processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related matters efficiently.

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize HR processes.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to integration and change-management projects within a growing global organization.
• Leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a similar HR role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries is considered an advantage.
