Package: We offer an annual salary starting at £30,000, 24 days holiday, life assurance, pension, healthcare cash plan and a range of other employee benefits!
Location: This is a remote role based in the UK.
What you`ll get up to as our People Process Analyst
Are you passionate about improving processes, exploring new technology and finding smarter ways of working? Do you enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and turning ideas into practical improvements?
We’re looking for a People Process Analyst to join our People team and help shape how we deliver our services. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the colleague and manager experience by simplifying processes, reducing manual administration and making better use of technology, including Workday, AI and automation.
Working collaboratively across the People function, you’ll help identify opportunities for improvement, support transformation initiatives and embed new ways of working that make our processes more efficient, consistent and user-friendly.
What We Look For In You
We are Doubtless Pet Care - a pet insurance and health services organisation operating in several markets across Europe including the UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany as well as North America (USA and Canada).
We are one of the largest pet insurance and services organisations globally, with over 4,500 colleagues supporting over 6 million pets across the globe. Our passion for pets powers our purpose to help pet parents get better access to better care, so they can focus on the joy that happy healthy pets bring to their lives.
We know that harnessing our differences makes us stronger and helps us to deliver better outcomes for our customers and each other. That’s why we are committed to ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and without discrimination, and we are passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong.
