You’ll also be responding to general enquiry emails within agreed SLAs, operating within GDPR and in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority/Prudential Regulation Authority regulatory requirements and ensuring accuracy of keying within PeopleCloud. As well as ensuring a high standard of customer service by proactively working with the immediate and wider People teams, another responsibility is resolving day-to-day enquiries, issues and complaints, investigating where necessary to achieve a full resolution.

As a minimum you’ll need:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and being able to effectively communicate up to and including senior managers
Act with integrity to manage confidential and sensitive cases with the utmost professionalism
Strong collaboration skills, being able to build strong working relationships with the wider HR teams to ensure a seamless service delivery
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
Experience managing your own workload whilst prioritising appropriately to achieve deadlines and SLAs
Be able to resolve day-to-day enquiries, issues and complaints; investigating where necessary to achieve a full resolution
Good at identifying potential improvements to processes through the creation and updating of How to Guides whilst supporting the training of team members and cross skilling within the teams
