We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers - while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work-life balance.
Being a People Technology Analyst at iManage Means…
You’re a data-driven people technology professional who likes getting into the details. You’ve implemented, maintained, and troubleshot HRIS and performance systems, reporting, and integrations, and you can explain a technical problem in plain language to someone who just needs it fixed.
You’ll be the hands-on expert behind Dayforce and Lattice, from configuration and security to new modules, integrations, and reporting. You’ll partner with People Operations experts across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, and Performance, who know their areas deeply, and bring the technical skills that make their processes run cleanly in our systems. Backed by the People Technology team, you’ll keep our core systems reliable, diagnosing and fixing root causes so problems stay resolved and the business keeps its velocity.
This is real ownership. You’ll make configuration decisions, shape how we handle people data on a global scale, and see the direct impact on how smoothly the company runs. You’ll join a team that cares about clean data and good architecture.
iM Responsible For…
- Owning the core configuration and security of Dayforce and Lattice, keeping both stable and aligned with People Operations processes
- Configuring Dayforce business processes, workflows, and approvals so changes run cleanly in the system
- Maintaining the Dayforce job architecture, including job codes, levels, and pay grades, so roles are structured consistently across the company
- Managing Lattice setup for review cycles, goals, and permissions, and keeping it in sync with Dayforce
- Serving as the first line of defense for system issues and reporting requests, troubleshooting through to resolution
- Overseeing system releases and implementing and maintaining new modules and features, partnering with People Operations SMEs on testing and rollout
- Monitoring and fixing integration and vendor file feeds, including Lattice, payroll, and benefits
- Building custom and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics in Dayforce and Lattice so key people metrics are available globally
- Managing user access, roles, and permissions, while proactively flagging data privacy or security risks
- Running routine data audits of employee records and org structure, recommending system and process improvements, and ensuring HRIS operations comply with regulatory recordkeeping standards
- Partnering closely with People Operations subject matter experts to evaluate how process and system changes affect data integrity and performance before they go live
- Documenting business processes, system workflows, and administrative procedures while training team members as needed
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of HRIS experience, including configuration, security management, and system support
- A track record of rolling out new HRIS modules or system releases
- Experience configuring business processes, user permissions, and role-based security models
- Strong report writing, data auditing, and advanced Excel skills
- Practical understanding of system integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and task prioritization abilities
- Ability to build partnerships across People Operations and other business functions
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential people data with care and discretion
- Experience working within or supporting a global organization
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Direct experience administering Dayforce or Lattice
- Experience leveraging Claude or other AI tools to streamline People Operations workflows
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Exposure to API endpoints and automated SFTP file transfers
- Working knowledge of middleware platforms (e.g., Aquera) that connect our HRIS to other systems
