People & Workplace Operations Intern

As our People & Workplace Intern , you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by supporting our HR operations and ensuring our Paris office runs smoothly. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing international tech company while making a real impact from day one. What you'll do Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in Notion Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, including facilities, vendors, and office supplies Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes What you bring Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Fluent in French and English Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Previous internship or student job experience is a plus What you get Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments in a system that still largely runs on calls and spreadsheets.
